A shoe that grows!
Kenton Lee found this shoe that grows in size with the person wearing it! Yes, you read it right! A shoe that can be adjusted in size for upto 5 sizes!
This shoe was invented while Lee was in Nairobi, Kenya in 2007. One day while walking to church, he noticed a little girl in a white dress next to him who had shoes that were way too small for her feet. That led to questions about why. And finally an idea:“Wouldn’t it be great if there was a shoe that could adjust and expand – so that kids always had a pair of shoes that fit?” And just like that The Shoe That Grows was born.
A shoe that grows is a great initiative by Lee and Team for giving back to the community. You can also be a part of this initiative. If you buy one shoe, 2 will be donated to the underpriviledged. You can buy the shoehere or donate to the cause, or even order in bulk if you wish to start an initiative yourself!
