He did various films in 1971 which included Anand, Parwaana, Guddi, Bawarchi, Bombay to Goa. But his career rose with his role in Zanjeer, after which he was nicknamed the angry young man of India. He did films like Kunwaara Baap, Dost, Roti Kapda Aur Makaan, and a lot more till 1975. His movies have seen him in various different avatars though! From the Cop in Zanjeer to the super cool Don. From wearing the light suit for his song “Saara Zamaana” in Yaarana (Which is still enacted by a lot many) to his Avatar in Shahenshah. He has also donned very bright colors in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and also in very strict attire in Mohabbatein and Sarkar, Bachchan has been there, done that.
